Kann Collective is rooted in joy, disability pride and bold visibility. We are rebuilding disability narratives, disrupting norms: breaking stereotypes and ableist perspectives while aiming to build an accessible future.
We are a collective of Deaf and Disabled Talent and allies rooted in intersectionality. Our members hold diverse identities, and we center disability as a vital part of inclusion not as inspiration or pity, but as lived experience and expertise. We take action within three pillars:

Negotiating brand partnerships and sponsorships, managing inbound/outbound deal flow, booking speaking engagements, strategizing for long-term projects, and working closely with literary agents to secure book and publishing opportunities.
Our goal is to ensure Deaf & Disabled talent are not only included, but properly compensated, respected, and valued for their work.
